Returns Policy

Exchange Policies. 

At Las Bayadas, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with each of your purchases.

Returns are not accepted; only merchandise exchanges for the same value or by paying a difference if necessary. If the price is lower, there are no refunds. The paid balance for the item is taken into account, excluding the shipping cost.

We will be happy to exchange any merchandise, as long as the product is in perfect condition, with its respective tags, unused and unwashed, within 14 days of purchase.

Exchanges that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

We are not responsible for the cost of package labels for exchanges; therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping cost when requesting an exchange and any import duties/taxes or customs charges incurred on the package (both for the original and return shipment). 

No exchanges are made on promotional or final sale items. We do not refund shipping costs.

Damages and Issues.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
